Adena Wright Williams

CEO, WrightWay Consulting. Inc.

In her 20 (plus) year career, she has developed and taught over 500 courses on a range of topics including Leadership Resilience, Managing Conflict, Employee Engagement, Managing Differences, Emotional Intelligence, Team Develop- ment, Delegation and Empowerment, Leading Change and Dealing with Difficult Employees. She has taught Leader- ship, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution and Strategic Thinking and Planning courses at CDC University and throughout CDC since 2010. Participants credit her facilitation style, varied teaching modalities, depth and breadth of experience with providing a learning experience that they both enjoyed and will use.

Prior to launching WrightWay Consulting, Adena held corporate and university management positions. She was Asso- ciate Director and faculty member of UCLA’s School Management Program for nearly 14 years where she specialized in leadership, collaboration, planning and conflict resolution. She is former co-chair of the Operations Committee of the Los Angeles County Children’s Planning Council and served on the Advisory Board of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. As faculty of the Center for Reform of School Systems (CRSS) in Houston, Adena taught institutes on reform governance and coached school boards from urban districts around the country.

Adena received her Bachelor’s degree from Spelman College, her MBA from UCLA and is a doctoral candidate in Human and Organizational Systems at the Fielding Graduate University. She received mediation and negotiation certifications from the Harvard Program on Negotiation and the Center for Conflict Resolution in Santa Monica, CA. Her radio show “Adena Wright on Change” was broadcast from Phoenix to a listenership across the country. 



Audrey Debarros

Audrey DeBarros is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Coaching, Management Development, Organization Development and Initiatives. 

As  founder of DeBarrosLtd, a Human Resource Consulting, Training and Coaching business based in Henderson, Nevada and Coaching for Greatness,Audrey has collaborated with Human Resource Consulting firms in the design, develop and delivery of leadership programs in fortune 500 companies, government agencies, universities and non-profit organizations, including American Cancer Society, Center for Disease Control, Coca Cola, ConocoPhillips Alliance Refinery, Denny’s Restaurant, Government Agencies, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc., Microsoft, Orange Duffel Bag Initiative, Southern Company and Georgia Power, Texaco, Turnkey Coaching Solutions Inc., and United Way.  Audrey is also an Online Visiting Professor at DeVry University, teaching Career Development classes.

Carol Donnelly

Carol has been in the Training and Consulting Field for eighteen years. Her expertise is is in areas of Leadership Principles, Coaching and Supervisory Skills, Lean Manufacturing, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Managing Conflict, Diversity & Inclusion and Customer Service. She has been recognized for her strong facilitation skills and her ability to engage others using adult learning techniques. Carol has developed and implemented multiple employee development programs in the area of Leadership and Supervisory skills.

Carol’s career began with the Bell system in Sales and Marketing.  As a corporate trainer at A T & T, she participated in a variety of experiences in the area of Diversity, Leadership, Coaching Skills, Communication Skills, Career Planning, Team Building and Customer Service Skill training. She also led a team of professionals. Her management activities included setting performance goals, coaching and developing, managing financial goals, and leading a profitable organization. For the past ten years she has been involved in several training and development projects on topics that include Teamwork, Conflict Management, Lean Manufacturing, Coaching, Supervision and Communications.  She offers one on one follow-up coaching sessions to support the learning outcomes.

Carol is a member of The National Association of Female Executives, the Southeast Association of Facilitators, Beta Sigma Phi, and several community groups.  She holds a number of professional certifications. Wanda McCallum

Senior Consultant, Coach and Trainer

Wanda McCallum is an international speaker and trainer delivering high-impact workshops around the world. She helps companies, government agencies and educational facilities to improve and transform their organizations to meet today’s high demands in a fast changing world.  Her unique strategy blends both corporate and mental health expertise delivering impactful presentations, using hands-on exercises and experiential activities as participants master new skills using a variety of learning modalities. 

Wanda earned a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Accounting from Rutgers University.  After 17 years in the IT Industry, Wanda obtained her MA in Psychology from the University of West Georgia.  This prepared Wanda for a career transition into the field of corporate training and professional counseling. 

Wanda’s mission is providing professional and personal growth to organizations and individuals nationally and globally. Each year, she attends continuing education courses to maintain her state license as a counselor while also providing professional training to other licensed counselors with her expertise in the field.  On a corporate level, Wanda provides training throughout the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Wanda currently resides in Marietta, GA with her husband and two dogs.

 

Monita Outland

Senior Consultant, Performance Management

Monita Outland is a Performance Consultant with 18 years of  instructional design, training management, team leadership and employee coaching experience.  Monita is a solutions-oriented, top-performing team builder with many accolades and accomplishments throughout her experience. As a consultant and training specialist for the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, School of Leadership and Management Development she applied instructional design techniques and researched best practices for developing programs relevant to the CDC. 

She successfully managed a $680K budget for developing various leadership courses and programs. She re-designed, implemented and managed the training division’s Leadership Coaching Program, resulting in cost savings of $30K annually. She also evaluated existing programs and courses, driving changes for improvement, and achieving program evaluation score results of 90% and higher. Moreover, she identified competency gaps in leadership curriculum and selected new courses to address those gaps. She was also noted with having established many key business relationships with trainers, authors, executive coaches, as well as private and public-sector subject matter experts (SMEs) to improve program efficiencies. 

Monita offers performance consulting, training, project management, and program development and implementation services for long-term client engagement. She leads/directs teams, instructs training staffs, and monitors performance to ensure optimal productivity. Monita is a resourceful employee advocate and customer liaison with an ability to manage multiple academia research and business projects simultaneously. She has a unique ability to guide and support teams within highly matrixed environments through strategic objectives and functional goals.  

Monita has an MPH in Public Health from the Mercer University School of Medicine and an MS in Education (Training & Performance Improvement Specialist) from Capella University.

Monita likes volunteering at her children's school and local church. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), both national and Atlanta Chapter, as well as SHRM Atlanta. Her hobbies include exercising, reading, and traveling. She loves spending time with her husband and 4 children. She also enjoys spending time with friends, helping others, and eating great food.


Cheryl Stock

Cheryl began fulltime consulting, speaking, training and coaching after a successful 20 year career in marketing and management. She has a Master’s degree in Administration, is a certified trainer in goal setting and motivation and is licensed in “Crucial Conversations,” a communication improvement/conflict resolution program. She has worked with corporations, governmental agencies and non-profit organizations all over the world. Her speaking, training and consulting focuses on 3 primary areas: Communication & Presentation Skills, Leadership & Management, and Time, Productivity, Organization, & Goal Improvement. 

Cheryl is the co-author of  “303 Solutions for Communicating Effectively & Getting Results,” “303 Solutions for Reaching Goals & Living Your Dreams,” and “303 Solutions for Boosting Creativity & Solving Challenges” and is currently working on a set of manuals called “Catch the Spirit” and a book entitled “Speak Like a Leader. “ She has won numerous awards including being named “Trainer of the Year” by the Non-Profit Resource Center, Woman of the Year from the American Business Women’s Association Sunrise Chapter and for many years ranked as one of the top ten trainers for SkillPath Seminars, the world’s premier training company. 

Cheryl is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a graduate of their Speaker’s Academy. She is a graduate of Leadership Sarasota where she served as Co-Chair of her class.  She has been a long time member of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals and served in a variety of leadership roles with them.  She served as the coordinator for three of her church’s capital campaigns and surpassed the goals in every instance. 

Cheryl is a state champion and national medal winner in competitive ballroom dancing and enjoys golf, puzzles, cooking and volunteering. Her dog Stella, her cats, Sophie and Chloe, her family and friends keep her busy when she is at home in Sarasota, Florida.  

Joy Kelly

Associate

Joy Kelly is an actress, storyteller and director. As a storyteller she has performed in museums, schools and libraries in New York, Florida and Tennessee as well as a featured teller at various festivals and conferences including the Clearwater Festival, the Riverway Festival, New Jersey Storytelling Festival and the Mohegan Festival. As a director, Joy has directed for various festivals including The Strawberry Festival and The Midtown International Theatre Festival in New York City.  For almost 20 years Joy directed for the acclaimed theatre company Theatreworks, USA .  Last summer she directed two productions for the Steamer 10 Theater in Albany, New York.  Most recently Joy directed a one man show, “The American” with Rick Mueller at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre. As an actress Joy is featured in the documentary, “A Child Shall Lead Them” chronicling the integration of schools in Nashville, Tennessee.  She has performed at LaMama Theatre in three productions including “The Bacchae”.  She has also performed in “A Christmas Carol” with Austin Pendleton as Scrooge in various venues. Joy also taught Directing at City College in Manhattan as well as directed “Lysistrata” which was performed at Aaron Davis Hall.  Currently she works as a teaching artist sharing with children and adults several arts disciplines including visual art, movement, music, storytelling and theater. Joy conducts Leading from the Positiveand creativity workshops throughout New York City. These workshops incorporate theater games to teach leadership, change management, conflict resolution and diverse communications.
